Before your video uploads, please read and confirm the following. This agreement applies only to submitting proof for a mission.
1. You accepted this mission voluntarily
You chose to accept this specific mission of your own free will, after reading its description, rules and reward. Nobody at Misnivo assigned it to you or required you to attempt it.
2. You confirm you were capable of completing it safely
By accepting the mission and recording this proof, you confirm you judged yourself physically and mentally able to complete it, and that you had any skill, equipment or preparation it required. You are responsible for that judgment.
3. You accept the risk
Missions may involve physical activity or challenge. You understand this, and you accept all risk of injury, loss or damage that may result from attempting it. Misnivo did not perform the mission, does not supervise how it is performed, and is not responsible for what happens while you attempt or record it.
4. Your video is lawful and your own
You confirm the video is genuinely your own attempt, unedited and not staged with someone standing in for you, and that recording and sharing it does not break any law, damage property you don't own, or use a location you weren't allowed to use. If anyone else appears in the video, you confirm you had their permission to include them.
5. Misnivo can host and show this video
By submitting, you give Misnivo permission to store this video and show it on the platform — to the mission creator for review, and, if approved, to other users (including in feeds, Shorts or search) — for as long as your mission or account remains active.
6. Review and reward are not guaranteed
The mission creator reviews submitted proof and decides whether it meets the mission's rules. Submitting a video does not guarantee approval or reward — rejected proof does not get paid.
7. This does not make you an employee
Completing a mission and getting paid for it does not make you an employee, contractor or partner of Misnivo. You are acting on your own account.
